Who Are We?
Unoffendable Life is a movement for people who are tired of outrage, exhausted by polarization, and choosing for a better way forward. Through practical tools, thoughtful dialogue, and personal growth resources, we help people navigate difficult conversations, today's cultural tensions, and everyday disagreement without losing their voice, values, or peace.
Rooted in the kingdom principle of Imago Dei, we believe every person is created in the image of God and worthy of dignity. Dignity does not require agreement—rather it calls us to honor the humanity of others without compromising our own convictions.
At Unoffendable Life, we honor individuality. We resist labels and monolithic stereotypes. We believe people are more complex than the categories they are assigned and more valuable than the opinions they hold.
We believe in personal responsibility and embodying the change we wish to see in society. Our foundation is built upon Christ's two greatest commandments: Love God and love your neighbor as yourself.
Welcome to The Unoffendable Life.
Meet Peace

Peace Ike is a Culture Strategist, Relational Intelligence Coach, Speaker and Christ follower. She is the Creator of the Unoffendable Life movement, and the Founder of Set The Table Strategies, a culture strategy firm helping organizations to improve team relational dynamics and build healthier workplaces.
Born to Nigerian immigrants, Peace’s early experience as a cross-culture kid planted the seeds for her future culture strategy work. After earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh, she spent 15 years repairing broken bodies—only to discover her deeper calling: repairing broken bonds.
In 2018, she launched her nonprofit, The Gathering Place Philly, a community engagement initiative promoting healthy city-wide flourishing through ministry, constructive dialogue, and the arts.
Soon after—in the height of nationwide political wars, she introduced its flagship program, Dinner & Discussion, gathering strangers from different races and political perspectives around the table to break bread and break barriers. What began as a social experiment became the foundation for Peace's work in dialogue, relational intelligence, and cultural engagement, helping individuals and communities navigate difficult conversations with greater wisdom, confidence, and understanding.

Peace went on to earn her Executive Coaching Certification through the Center for Executive Coaching, along with specialized training in Conflict Management through the University of California and Culture-Driven Team Building through the University of Pennsylvania.

Today, through Unoffendable Life, Peace equips individuals to engage culture with wisdom, grace, and confidence through live workshops and educational resources.
